The Coaching Collective™ does not align exclusively with any single credentialing body. We are an open, independent professional community — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or preferential to any particular coaching organisation.
We respect and recognise all major professional coaching bodies — including the ICF, EMCC, AC, IAC, and others — as valuable contributors to the global coaching profession. Each brings a unique philosophy, framework, and community, and we celebrate that diversity.
What we stand for is simple: professional integrity, continuous learning, and a genuine commitment to the client. Those values transcend any single body or credential.

ICF — International Coaching Federation
The world's largest coaching organisation with 50,000+ members across 160+ countries. The ICF's Core Competency framework and credential pathways (ACC, PCC, MCC) are widely recognised globally as a benchmark for professional coaching practice.
EMCC — European Mentoring & Coaching Council
A global body with strong roots in Europe, the EMCC is known for its integrative approach to coaching, mentoring, and supervision. Its competency framework and EIA/EQA credentials are highly regarded across the profession.
AC — Association for Coaching
A global, independent, not-for-profit professional body dedicated to raising the awareness and standards of coaching worldwide. The AC offers a collaborative, values-led home for coaches across all levels and specialisms.
IAC — International Association of Coaching
The IAC focuses on mastery-based coaching through its Masteries framework. It emphasises the quality and depth of the coaching conversation over compliance-based credentialing, making it a valued voice in the profession.
