Our Founders
Building With Intention.
Leading With Integrity.
The Coaching Collective was not built as a personal brand extension. It was built as a shared commitment — to elevate the profession of coaching through collaboration, structure, and integrity.
This initiative is co-founded by Raj Kumar Sahu and Rashmi Fernandes — two professionals who believe that the future of coaching depends not on individual success, but on collective strength.
Raj Kumar Sahu
Co-Founder, The Coaching Collective
Raj brings a strategic and systems-oriented lens to ecosystem building. With a deep respect for professional standards and long-term thinking, he has consistently focused on structure, clarity, and disciplined execution. His approach is grounded in integrity — ensuring that initiatives are built not for visibility alone, but for sustainability and impact.
Raj's motivation behind The Coaching Collective comes from observing the fragmentation within the coaching ecosystem. He saw talented professionals working in isolation, building credibility individually but lacking shared infrastructure.
For him, this initiative is about:
“Raj believes that leadership in the coaching profession must be custodial — not positional. The platform must serve the ecosystem, not the founders.”
Rashmi is driven by community, collaboration, and meaningful professional dialogue. Her strength lies in bringing people together — creating spaces where diverse perspectives are welcomed, respected, and elevated. She believes that growth in the coaching profession should be inclusive and accessible, not confined to specific networks or institutions.
Rashmi's commitment to The Coaching Collective stems from a simple but powerful belief:
“Coaches should not have to build alone.”
She envisions a platform where:
“Her approach blends empathy with clarity — ensuring that the initiative remains people-centered while maintaining professional standards.”

The Foundation
Why We Built This Together
The Coaching Collective was born from conversation. From shared concerns about fragmentation. From shared respect for professional ethics. From shared belief that the ecosystem deserved better structure.
Raj and Rashmi bring different strengths — strategic clarity and community focus — but they are aligned on one core value:
The mission comes before personal preference.
They intentionally chose collaboration over individual ownership because the culture they want to build must be modeled from the beginning.
If this initiative succeeds, it will not be because of one voice — but because of many.
What We Stand For
Our Shared Values
The foundation of this initiative rests on six principles — non-negotiable, lived every day.
Integrity
We build with honesty and transparency. Our actions align with our words, always.
Inclusivity
Growth in the coaching profession must be accessible, not confined to exclusive networks.
Professional Depth
We uphold rigorous standards that honour the true potential of the coaching profession.
Collaboration
We choose collaboration over competition — because shared strength outlasts individual effort.
Long-Term Thinking
We build for the next decade, not the next quarter. Sustainability over short-term visibility.
Execution Excellence
We turn vision into reality through careful planning, consistent action, and unwavering commitment.
“We see ourselves not as owners of a platform, but as custodians of a profession.”

A Note From the Founders
The Coaching Collective is not about building something that revolves around us.
It is about building something that strengthens the profession.
We believe the first edition sets the tone.
We believe structure creates trust.
We believe collaboration builds legacy.
And we invite every coach who shares these values to walk this journey with us.
